Thank you for shopping at ZenEdPro. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:

Print-on-Demand Products

  • All items in our Shop are made-to-order through our print partner, Printify.

  • Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will work with Printify to replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Issues

  • ZenEdPro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • If your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us for resolution.
