Thank you for shopping at ZenEdPro. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully:
Print-on-Demand Products
All items in our Shop are made-to-order through our print partner, Printify.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with Printify to replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Issues
ZenEdPro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us for resolution.
